Despite the many mountains to climb in 2020, Uplift Mid-MO was able to provide over $4,300 in direct assistance to individuals with a variety of needs including rent, utilities, transportation, groceries, hygiene, and more. Our volunteers produced and dispersed over 300 face masks during the pandemic, assisted the Help Center with volunteers for food delivery, and officially launched three Uplift coaching programs to help remove barriers for our clients and create a sustainable outcome. God is good.
With COVID-19 impacting our country, we were forced to cancel all of our fundraising events in 2020. We are now looking to our community to help propel us into 2021 so we can continue to offer these valuable services to our community. We have developed a variety of t-shirt and sweatshirt options with the help of a local print shop in Mexico, MO. All profits we receive from the sales of these shirts will go directly to helping individuals in Audrain county.
